  • Put an agreement in place

    Getting an agreement in place ensures that we are ready to go when you are. There are no fees to do this, and we don’t require a long-term commitment.

  • Offer to transitioning employees

    As needs arise, you can offer Slate packages to transitioning employees as part of their exit package. If a group is impacted, we can also come onsite to meet with people.

  • Let us know who is eligible

    You can let us know who is eligible for Slate packages by submitting the info to us online or via email.

  • We reach out

    A dedicated client manager will reach out to each individual to check in and see how we can help.

  • Employees sign up

    Employees can enroll with us online or by phone, typically up to 60 days after their end date. You pay only for those employees who enroll, and your team can receive real-time enrollment updates.

  • You see results

    Through an online dashboard, you will see your team's enrollment rate, engagement rate, satisfaction, and more. We aggregate this data to protect the privacy of the individuals.
